Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your mobile number, used to sign in with a one-time code.
• Your name, company, email and billing details (GSTIN, address, state) for invoices.
• The businesses you ask us to check, and the reports and files we prepare for you.
• Payment records. Card and bank details are handled by our payment gateway and are not stored by us.

How we use it

To deliver the reports and services you request, process payments, issue invoices and contact you about your requests.

Who can see it

You, in your dashboard, and authorised CtrlGround staff. Sign-in uses Google Firebase Authentication; payments use our payment gateway.
